CNC Operator Assistant

As an assistant CNC operator, you will support our production department in manufacturing high-quality custom staircases. You will assist in the precise preparation, operation, and finishing of parts, with an eye for quality and detail.

What you do

  • • Assist with operating CNC machines
  • • Preparing and positioning wooden parts on the machine
  • • Inspecting materials and finished parts
  • • Assist with milling, drilling, and sawing operations
  • • Setting up and modifying machines under supervision
  • • Help keep the workplace clean and safe
  • • Assist in the production of stair components, balustrades, and custom-made pieces
  • • Identifying errors or deviations during the production process

What we expect from you

  • • You are interested in woodworking and engineering
  • • Experience with CNC machines is a plus, but not required
  • • You are eager to learn and motivated to master the trade
  • • You work with precision and have an eye for quality
  • • You can work both independently and as part of a team
  • • You have a sense of responsibility and a practical mindset
